\u76e3\u7ba1\u300d\u6210\u70ba\u4f60\u7684\u5b89\u6170\u5291<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\u5728\u4e0a\u4e00\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6559\u5927\u5bb6\u5982\u4f55\u67e5\u8a62 FCA \u724c\u7167\u7684\u771f\u507d\u3002\u4f46\u4f60\u77e5\u9053\u55ce\uff1f\u5373\u4f7f\u4f60\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u7d93\u7d00\u5546\u771f\u7684\u64c1\u6709 FCA \u724c\u7167\uff0c\u4f60\u7684\u8cc7\u91d1\u4e5f\u672a\u5fc5\u53d7\u5230\u82f1\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u4fdd\u8b77\u3002<br><br>\r\n\r\n\u9019\u807d\u8d77\u4f86\u5f88\u8352\u8b2c\uff0c\u537b\u662f\u570b\u969b\u5916\u532f\u5e02\u5834\u6700\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u73fe\u8c61\u3002<br><br>\r\n\r\n\u82f1\u570b\u64c1\u6709\u5168\u7403\u6700\u5f37\u5927\u7684\u5169\u5927\u4fdd\u8b77\u5098\uff1a<strong>\u91d1\u878d\u7533\u8a34\u670d\u52d9 (FOS)<\/strong> \u8207 <strong>\u91d1\u878d\u670d\u52d9\u88dc\u511f\u8a08\u5283 (FSCS)<\/strong>\u3002\u4f46\u5b83\u5011\u5c31\u50cf\u9802\u7d1a\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u4fdd\u96aa\uff0c\u689d\u6b3e\u88e1\u5beb\u6eff\u4e86\u300c\u6392\u9664\u5c0d\u8c61\u300d\u3002<br><br>\r\n\r\n\u9019\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u5c07\u63ed\u9732\u7d93\u7d00\u5546\u4e0d\u9858\u610f\u4e3b\u52d5\u544a\u8a34\u4f60\u7684\u300c\u5206\u6d41\u898f\u5247\u300d\uff0c\u4e26\u6559\u4f60\u842c\u4e00\u771f\u7684\u9047\u5230\u5e73\u53f0\u6ed1\u9ede\u3001\u4e0d\u51fa\u91d1\u751a\u81f3\u5012\u9589\u6642\uff0c\u8a72\u5982\u4f55\u555f\u52d5\u9019\u5957\u6551\u63f4\u6a5f\u5236\u3002\r\n<\/span><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div \u6709\u4ec0\u9ebc\u4e0d\u540c\uff1f<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\u5f88\u591a\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u641e\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a\u9019\u5169\u500b\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0c\u7c21\u55ae\u4f86\u8aaa\uff1a<br><br>\r\n\r\n<strong>\u91d1\u878d\u7533\u8a34\u670d\u52d9 (FOS, Financial Ombudsman Service)<\/strong><br><br>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n    <li class=\"\"><strong>\u4f7f\u7528\u6642\u6a5f\uff1a<\/strong><br>\u7d93\u7d00\u5546\u9084\u6d3b\u8457\uff0c\u4f46\u4f60\u5011\u6709\u7cfe\u7d1b\uff08\u5982\uff1a\u60e1\u610f\u6ed1\u9ede\u3001\u62d2\u7d55\u51fa\u91d1\u3001\u4e0d\u5408\u7406\u7684\u7206\u5009\uff09\u3002<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>\u529f\u80fd\uff1a<\/strong><br>\u7368\u7acb\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u4ef2\u88c1\u3002<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>\u6b0a\u529b\uff1a<\/strong><br>FOS \u7684\u88c1\u6c7a\u6709\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5f37\u5236\u529b\uff0c\u6700\u9ad8\u53ef\u5224\u7d93\u7d00\u5546\u8ce0\u511f 41.5 \u842c\u82f1\u938a\u3002<\/li>\r\n<\/ul><br>\r\n\r\n<strong>\u91d1\u878d\u670d\u52d9\u88dc\u511f\u8a08\u5283 (FSCS, Financial Services Compensation Scheme)<\/strong><br><br>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n    <li><strong>\u4f7f\u7528\u6642\u6a5f\uff1a<\/strong><br>\u7d93\u7d00\u5546\u5df2\u7d93\u7834\u7522\uff0f\u5012\u9589\uff0f\u8dd1\u8def\uff0c\u7121\u529b\u511f\u9084\u4f60\u7684\u9322\u3002<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>\u529f\u80fd\uff1a<\/strong><br>\u653f\u5e9c\u4ee3\u4f4d\u8ce0\u511f\u3002<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>\u6b0a\u529b\uff1a<\/strong><br>\u8ce0\u511f\u4e0a\u9650 8.5 \u842c\u82f1\u938a (\u7d04 11 \u842c\u7f8e\u5143)\u3002<\/li>\r\n<\/ul><br>\r\n\r\n<h2><strong>\u4f60\u7684\u5e33\u6236\u771f\u7684\u6709\u300c\u4fdd\u96aa\u300d\u55ce\uff1f<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\u9019\u662f\u6700\u6b98\u9177\u7684\u771f\u76f8\u74b0\u7bc0\u3002\u7d55\u5927\u591a\u6578\u4e9e\u6d32\uff0f\u570b\u969b\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u662f\u300c\u6301\u6709 FCA \u724c\u7167\u300d\u7684\u570b\u969b\u5927\u96c6\u5718\uff0c\u4f46\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\u4e26\u4e0d\u4eab\u6709 FSCS \u4fdd\u8b77\u3002<br><br>\r\n\r\n\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\uff1f\u56e0\u70ba\u7d93\u7d00\u5546\u5728\u73a9\u4e00\u7a2e\u53eb\u300c\u76e3\u7ba1\u5957\u5229 (Regulatory Arbitrage)\u300d\u7684\u904a\u6232\u3002<br><br>\r\n\r\n\u8aaa\u7a7f\u4e86\uff0c\u9019\u5c31\u662f\u300c\u639b\u8457\u82f1\u570b\u62db\u724c\uff0c\u505a\u96e2\u5cb8\u751f\u610f\u300d\u3002\u7d93\u7d00\u5546\u5229\u7528 FCA \u7684\u91d1\u5b57\u62db\u724c\u4f86\u8d0f\u53d6\u4f60\u7684\u4fe1\u4efb\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u958b\u6236\u6642\uff0c\u70ba\u4e86\u898f\u907f\u82f1\u570b\u56b4\u683c\u7684\u69d3\u687f\u9650\u5236\uff08\u6700\u9ad8 1:30\uff09\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u6703\u5408\u6cd5\u5730\u5c07\u4f60\u7684\u5e33\u6236\u300c\u5206\u6d41\u300d\u5230\u6cd5\u898f\u5bec\u9b06\u7684\u5cf6\u570b\u5b50\u516c\u53f8\u3002<br><br>\r\n\r\n\u9019\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u540c\u4e00\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u5ba2\u6236\uff0c\u51fa\u73fe\u5169\u7a2e\u622a\u7136\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u547d\u904b\uff1a<br><br>\r\n\r\n<strong>\u60c5\u6cc1 A\uff1a\u82f1\u570b\u5c45\u6c11<\/strong><br>\r\n<ul>\r\n    <li><strong>\u958b\u6236\u5be6\u9ad4\uff1a<\/strong>\u82f1\u570b\u7e3d\u90e8 (UK Ltd)<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>\u4ee3\u50f9\uff1a<\/strong>\u69d3\u687f\u88ab\u9396\u6b7b\u5728 1:30\uff0c\u8cc7\u91d1\u904b\u7528\u6548\u7387\u4f4e\u3002<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>\u798f\u5229\uff1a<\/strong>\u2705 <strong>\u6709 FSCS \u4fdd\u8b77<\/strong> (\u82e5\u516c\u53f8\u5012\u9589\uff0c\u82f1\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u8ce0\u4f60 8.5 \u842c\u938a)\u3002<\/li>\r\n<\/ul><br>\r\n\r\n<strong>\u60c5\u6cc1 B\uff1a\u570b\u969b\u5ba2\u6236<\/strong><br>\r\n<ul>\r\n    <li><strong>\u958b\u6236\u5be6\u9ad4\uff1a<\/strong>\u96e2\u5cb8\u5206\u516c\u53f8 (Offshore)<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>\u8a98\u56e0\uff1a<\/strong>\u7d66\u4f60 1:500 \u751a\u81f3\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u69d3\u687f\uff0c\u8b93\u4f60\u4ea4\u6613\u66f4\u723d\u5feb\u3002<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>\u98a8\u96aa\uff1a<\/strong>\u274c <strong>\u7121 FSCS \u4fdd\u8b77<\/strong> (\u82e5\u96e2\u5cb8\u5b50\u516c\u53f8\u5012\u9589\uff0c\u82f1\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u4e0d\u6703\u8ce0\u511f)\u3002<\/li>\r\n<\/ul><br>\r\n\r\n<h3><strong>Mr.Forex \u7d50\u8ad6\uff1a<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u516c\u5e73\u7684\u4ea4\u63db\uff1a\u4f60\u653e\u68c4\u4e86\u300c\u82f1\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u4fdd\u96aa\u300d\uff0c\u63db\u53d6\u4e86\u300c\u9ad8\u69d3\u687f\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u300d\u3002<br><br>\r\n\r\n\u53ea\u8981\u4f60\u78ba\u8a8d\u8a72\u96c6\u5718\u6bcd\u516c\u53f8\u6301\u6709 FCA \u724c\u7167\uff0c\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u4f9d\u7136\u9060\u9ad8\u65bc\u7d14\u9ed1\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u4f46\u4f60\u5fc5\u9808\u6e05\u695a\u77e5\u9053\uff1a\u4f60\u7684\u8cc7\u91d1\u5b89\u5168\u662f\u5efa\u7acb\u5728\u300c\u96c6\u5718\u4fe1\u8b7d\u300d\u4e0a\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u300c\u82f1\u570b\u6cd5\u5f8b\u300d\u4e0a\u3002<br><br>\r\n\r\n<h2><strong>\u5982\u679c\u771f\u7684\u51fa\u4e8b\u4e86\uff0c\u8a72\u600e\u9ebc\u81ea\u6551\uff1f\uff08\u64cd\u4f5c\u6559\u5b78\uff09<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u5e78\u904b\u5730\u64c1\u6709\u771f\u6b63\u7684 FCA \u82f1\u570b\u5e33\u6236\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u4f60\u662f\u82f1\u570b\u5c45\u6c11\uff0c\u6216\u5805\u6301\u958b\u5728\u4f4e\u69d3\u687f\u7684\u82f1\u570b\u76e3\u7ba1\u4e0b\uff09\uff0c\u8acb\u52d9\u5fc5\u6536\u85cf\u9019\u4efd\u300c\u6551\u63f4 SOP\u300d\u3002<br><br>\r\n\r\n\u6211\u5011\u4e0d\u8ac7\u7406\u8ad6\uff0c\u76f4\u63a5\u6559\u4f60\u300c\u53bb\u54ea\u88e1\u9ede\u64ca\u300d\u624d\u80fd\u958b\u59cb\u7533\u8a34\u3002<br><br>\r\n\r\n<h3><strong>\u8def\u5f91 A\uff1a\u7d93\u7d00\u5546\u9084\u6d3b\u8457\uff0c\u4f46\u4f60\u5011\u6709\u7cfe\u7d1b \u2192 \u627e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk\/make-complaint\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>FOS<\/strong><\/a> \u7533\u8a34<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n<h4><strong>\u6b65\u9a5f\u4e00\uff1a\u5167\u90e8\u6b63\u5f0f\u6295\u8a34 <\/strong><\/h4>\r\nFCA \u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u4f60\u5fc5\u9808\u5148\u7d66\u7d93\u7d00\u5546\u4e00\u6b21\u89e3\u6c7a\u6a5f\u6703\u3002\u4f60\u5fc5\u9808\u5beb\u4fe1\u7d66\u7d93\u7d00\u5546\u7684\u5408\u898f\u90e8\u9580\uff0c\u4e26\u7d66\u4e88\u4ed6\u5011 <strong>8 \u9031<\/strong> \u7684\u8655\u7406\u6642\u9593\u3002<br><br>\r\n\r\n<h5>\ud83d\udca1 <strong>Mr.Forex
