    Option 1: Apply for agent transfer by email 
    If your current Tickmill registered email is not bound to any agent, you can send an email to apply to bind the entire email account under our agent.

    1. Please use your registered Tickmill email to send an email to [email protected].
    2. Clearly state in the email that you want to bind your account under our agent.

    Option 2: Open a new MT4 account (recommended option) 
    If your email is already registered under another agent, we recommend this method. Add a new MT4 account in the client area and specify our agent when opening the account.

    3. Select "New IB" in the "IB Option".
    4. Enter the IB number: IB94645555. The system will verify if the number is valid.
    5. Click the "Create" button to complete the setup.
