Why can’t I open an account myself to earn rebates?
If you open an account directly, the broker does not pay any rebates.
As your FX Introducing Broker, we offer you rebate service.
Will the fees and spreads (trade cost) change?
No. Your conditions do not change, same spread, same commission, and same swap fee.
Can Mr.Forex access my account?
No, we can't. We provide rebate services, but we do not have permission to see other private information in your account.
Can I use my current trading account?
It depends on the forex broker. Some agree to allow users to change introducing brokers, while others do not. If the broker’s policy does not permit changing the introducing broker, users can simply re-register with a new email address.
Can I have multiple trading accounts under the same broker?
Yes, you can. Just ensure to assign Mr. Forex as your introducing broker for us to provide rebate services.
How do I get the rebate? When will it be paid to me?
Automatic Rebate System, depending on the individual broker has different rebate periods, internal transfer to your trading account.
When can I check the rebate amount?
To save manpower, we give back most of the rebates to you and do not actively provide report information. If you have doubts about the rebate amount, please contact customer service, we will inquire for you.
I think the rebate amount is incorrect, what should I do?
We welcome you to contact us, provide relevant details, and we will confirm for you.
Can I choose a currency other than the dollar for the rebate?
Some brokers will directly refund the rebate to the trading account, in the same currency as the trading account. Others will refund the rebate to the wallet within the platform, only supporting US dollars.

Depends on the Forex broker. Some agree to allow users to change the introducing broker.
